主な研究内容

  1. 大腸鋸歯状病変のゲノム、エピゲノム解析と、内視鏡像を含む臨床病理学的因子との関連の検討
  2. 循環腫瘍DNA、循環腫瘍細胞の遺伝子解析による消化管癌の診断および治療効果予測バイオマーカーの探索
  3. 大腸癌の間質における腫瘍関連マクロファージの遺伝子発現の解析と治療への応用

研究室の概要

消化管免疫研究室

臨床面においては、消化管、肝臓、胆嚢、膵臓の幅広い疾患を対象としており、多様な症例を経験できます。上部消化管内視鏡、大腸内視鏡、小腸内視鏡、超音波検査等を用いた各種診断学、また内視鏡及び超音波を用いた各種治療学などの臨床的技能の習得が可能です。また、石川県立中央病院、福井県立病院などの関連施設における研修も可能で、拡大内視鏡を用いた診断学や、内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術など高度な内視鏡治療手技の習得が可能です。
研究面においては、従来から多様な疾患の遺伝子解析研究を行い、数々の業績を挙げてきました。現在、大腸の腫瘍性病変の臨床検体を用いた遺伝子解析を札幌医科大学分子生物学講座、名古屋市立大学消化器・代謝内科学講座などの国内の研究施設と共同で行っています。今後、関連施設や共同研究施設から検体の提供を受け、研究対象を拡大する予定です。
